Nivorbit Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("Nivorbit", "we") uses the providers below to run the Recurrent Platform. They are the sub-processors under the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Policy. A new version is published when the list changes; customers are told of a change at least 30 days ahead.
1. In continuous use
- Stripe: card payments, payments to training centres, subscription billing and tax calculation. Data: name, e-mail, payment details and amount, the centre's business and account details. Card details are entered directly with Stripe.
- Resend: sending e-mail (invitations, confirmations, notifications). Data: e-mail address, name, message content.
- Cloudflare: storage of uploaded files (documents and photos). Data: the files you upload.
- Anthropic: the AI assistant. Data: what you write to the assistant and the context needed to answer. What is sent is described in the Privacy Policy.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: delivering mobile notifications. Data: the device notification token, the notification text.
- Google Maps Platform: address search. Data: the address text searched for.
2. Only if the feature is on
- Twilio: SMS notifications (Pilot Pro). Data: phone number, message text.
- Google Wallet: adding the session pass to the wallet. Data: session and booking details.
3. Still to be added
The provider that hosts the servers and the database is added to this list before the service opens.
